John, the oldest child migrated to Duck Lake, Canad 1915 and married
Margaret Farcomb. Several years later, he became a blacksmith at
Carleton, Saskachewan, was their first mechanic, Imperial oil dealer
and Massy Harris salesman. They raised a family of 9 children, who
helped in his business and continued his business. He also did some
wheat farming. He passed away in 1956. (Lawrence, Nebraska 1884 -
